Steal Time—Don’t wait until you have a chunk of time or a vacation because it may not happen. Instead take a few minutes before you get out of your car, before you answer the next email, before you go to the next meeting… and call your spirit or attention back inside of you. To do so, breathe into your back ,allowing it to soften. (inhale for 5, hold it for 4, exhale for 7) Breathe into your lower belly . Take down time by surrendering to gravity.
